jezebelthenun Posted September 8, 2020 Share Posted September 8, 2020 Not to sound like a commercial, but I lost 50+ lbs using Medifast (now it's Optavia) a couple years ago. I still use it when I'm getting fat, like now. Just had a blueberry muffin. Easiest diet I've ever done. The food isn't gross. I basically eat "junk food" and one super low carb actual meal a day. I knew it’d be much harder to stick to a diet where I completely cut certain kinds of foods out, so I ate what I wanted, just in moderation. With occasional allowances for bird meats but I could live happily on steamed salmon and other seafoods as the main solid meal of any given day. And fresh fruits and select veggies.
