Patton Oswalt is hilarious but for some reason I don't like the guy.....I have no idea why, he trips me the fuck out but I kinda want to trip him on his way up stars for some shit too.

Not really. This is 1994. Chappelle was already a regular on the comedy circuit and Def Comedy Jam by that point.

From what I hear the guy is kinda a dick in nerd communities. One of those gatekeeper types that dictates what the fandom should be. Then he bashed AVGN for not wanting to see the 2016 Ghostbusters movie. He also bashed fans for complaining about Sonic looking bad in CGI and it getting fixed. Funny that he bashed them for that. Though will take an easy jab at cats for not listening to fans and keeping their fever dream true to the directors original vision. The other thing was him fighting with people who said that the new starwars films weren't good, or that they weren't going to see anymore of them because the 3 that they watched that were out at the time weren't good.

They are just japanese hornets// I saw this shit circulating on facebook, and I mean yes they are considered pests even in much of their native land for destroying honey bee farms etc.. Their sting is likened to molten metal being driven into the flesh by a lot of people stung, but they arent fucking murder hornets.. and when I clicked the link I found circulating on facebook the people spreading this didn't even give any evidence of an actual established colony.. It seemed like after someone found a few isolated cases of them in an area they went on a big foot hunt setting out traps, and trying to look for a queen..

The RLM Best of the Worst episode he showed up on was not very good; he came off kind of dickish there too and even stopped just short of saying that his visit was a waste of time to everyone there.

I know his wife died a few years ago (apparently a pill cocktail [adderall, xanax, fentanyl] which sounds like a wild ass ride but I digress) but I don't think that really has anything to do w/ his temperament and attitude now. 

Maybe he let fame get to his head.

meh. Even if they did become a highly invasive species here bee-keepers breed and farm massive colonies of bees these days and they should be able to adjust to the threat. Not even captives bees are safe really though I guess. You have to remember they havent wiped out any bee species even in their homeland.. Sometimes bee colonies there even survive a numbered assault by literally coming together and pulsing sound so hard it kills the hornets.. There's honestly a lot of crazy and surpring shit about both species you have to consider. 

All that said it's unlikely our american/european honeybees would be able to handle the hornets at all unlike asian honey bee species that have had years to adapt to their rivals.. That's why the department of agriculture and various other entities are already trying to stomp that shit out frantically where they've been sighted.
