Put it too her..if she thinks she can do it better ..can she show you how it is to be done producing better results  .. once you have her secrets.. you being younger should be able to blitz her timewise with ease

Do you have any sort of human resources or management that oversees you? Is the old biddy your superior or are you both on the same level?

Take it to a manager first. If there were a serious problem then your boss would have already talked to you.

I've had people talk behind my back and try to get me fired. Usually HR is useless, but that's the standard corporate way to handle personal disputes so that's why I suggested it.

Old woman probably thinks she'll get something from doing this. If your boss knows you're a good worker then they won't pay attention to someone stirring up trouble.

Don't trust her. I trusted a girl when she said in person that we'd meet up for a 2nd date, and we never did because she ignored my texts, phone calls, and in person pursuits. You could be right, bro, but find out for sure whether her sorrow was legitimate.

Yah zeni is right. You gotta take the sorry thermometer and stab her to find out just what degree sorry she is.

Man,, Why am I even trying to help you with a solution,  YOUR GRAMMAR  IS SUBPAR. I have a mentally..challenged friend that I think might be doing the same job as you under a program but..

I wont ask.. Most companies these days have what is called an open door policy, and even if the company you are working for doesn't handle matters like this the same way you should still just voice your complaints to your supervisor.

If she is your supervisor, and you feel you are really being treated unfairly TALK TO HER SUPERVISOR.
