Lasty Posted March 31, 2018 Posted March 31, 2018 People complain about baths because "you're bathing in your own filth" but the water retains a vast majority of the grime and you can always rinse off in the shower real quick after. Baths are waaaay more relaxing. 1

molarbear Posted March 31, 2018 Posted March 31, 2018 It's really weird because when people see my bathroom has a tub in it they ask if I take a lot of baths and they always seemed surprised when I tell them no I'm 6 feet tall literally only my legs would be covered in water and the resulting splashes required to cover the rest of my body would make a huge mess On the plus side sometimes I plug the drain while I'm showering and let the water build up and pretend like I'm on a sinking submarine 1

Baths are waaaay more relaxing. they dont get it. you soak in a tub, it saturates the skin, loosens the grime, and gets every inch of your body. in a shower you dont soak. youre much less wet in a shower. most people take overly hot showers to saturate their skin with their own sweat. thats why cool showers dont feel as cleansing. i really became a bath proponent when i rented a house built in the 30s that didnt have a shower just a tub and my skin got so much better, clearer, and easier to maintain. plus i get to lay down and post on uemb 2
Clu Posted March 31, 2018 Posted March 31, 2018 Been trying to use these bath bombs with the girl but we haven't been to any hotels recently that we can just ruin... And our own is weird.

crackymckrackin Posted April 1, 2018 Posted April 1, 2018 When I built this place last year I installed an oversized jetted tub for the wife. I use it more than she does. It's like a swimming pool in my master bath.
