I don't mind ham if it's served in conjunction with turkey, but if ham is served INSTEAD of turkey, fuck off with that shit. I can't think of anything I would want banned just because I find enough that I like anyway, so the stuff I don't want I just leave alone, no harm, no foul.

I've never heard of ctrl+y. On Mac we use the command button instead of control for these shortcuts, and our redo shortcut is cmd+shift+z, so maybe you can try that substituting ctrl for cmd. Alternatively, and I fear this is insulting your intelligence, but have you tried going to the Edit tab on your browser's menu bar and selecting redo?
