i tried to get three shirts altered and they wanted $96
Hornshire replied to Naraku4656's topic in Free-For-All
Indeed, what a ridiculous expenditure of money that would be, when instead you could put it towards having someone replace the battery in your car. -
When We go too long without eating, We get irritable. Like, noticeably more so than usual. Does that count?

Ambiguous.

Either i dont know how to live or this guy has the biggest ego
Hornshire replied to fuggnificent's topic in Free-For-All
Given that he hasn't decided to emblazon his name on the front of his building in large flashing lights, it's pretty safe to assume there are bigger egos. We don't suspect anyone is surprised at the implication in which this results. [Well... Maybe one person is...] -
Are you making a lasagna... for one?

if UEMB were a family what would you say to each other?
Hornshire replied to Phillies's topic in Free-For-All
You mean to say that you don't already converse with your actual family in the same manner you do as your fellow posters? How odd... We're not sure on which group that reflects more poorly. -
Nothing is simply the set of all things not contained within the set of "Everything". Anything is a bit more tricky; it's commonly thought to be an arbitrary element from an arbitrary set, but We think more likely that it is not a thing at all, but rather a place holder used to convey the idea of a thing that fits certain criteria, typically determined by the context it is used in. For example: it probably wasn't anything important.

But what even is a party?

PS: We just now realized Roddy was voiced by Craig Ferguson.

Don't take advice from weird internet message boards.

It's been so long that We don't even remember the name, but there was a little hole in the wall sports memorabilia store that also sold card game stuff that nobody else carried at the time (which is why We went there; We give zero fucks about sports). It was in a lot next to the Dairy Queen.

So. You're not entirely wrong. But the general expectation of "Did you know" type statements is that they are about expanding knowledge by providing a fuller picture of the world, and not peddling a narrative by leaving out context that, while not perhaps tantamount to a full exoneration, paints a very different image than the one you're promoting.

Sofia the robot has Saudi Arabian citizenship
Hornshire replied to jackiemarie90's topic in Current Events
It will be interesting to see what rights her citizenship entails. At least it would be if women in Saudi Arabia had any. -
Some do, probably. And the others likely make fun of them for it.

Love is like Bigfoot. If you believe in it, you're likely to find something resembling it when you go looking for it.
-
Go for it. Worst case scenario is that you know they're not worth it next time, instead of always having to wonder.

Give it a chance. She might be crazy. Or an alien. Or just a boring normal person without any rational explanation for her anomalous behavior.

Thanks for sharing. We understand why you open with a preamble chock full of self-deprecation, but you really don't need to. Just let your playing speak for itself. It's solid enough.

So it's good enough for facebook, but not for here. Kay. We see how it is.

Are you a BAD ENOUGH DUDE to heel-kick your own ballsack...
Hornshire replied to SlappyKincaid's topic in Free-For-All
Sure. Why not? -
Just do your best. If it's good enough, then it is good enough and nothing to fret over. If not, then everything was actually already ruined the whole time, and you couldn't have done anything to change that.
