And I was just going to ask what the “G”, “T”, and “D” in the title.  Now I don’t need to because it clearly means “Go” , “Tell”, and “Dudeco.”

It’s actually a function of poor circulation in extremities.  My dad and uncle have both had Type 1, and, being in construction, that means any kind of foot wound means a trip to the hospital.  My uncle lost a toe that way.
