Sorry, pal... it's already been authenticated.  I took it to Palace Jewelers for a battery and it's unmistakable to the man who installed the battery.

You are so incredibly strange. I daren’t say fascinating, but something below that, mixed with dusty banality.

You don't give that to just anybody.

Anyway... this wasn't even a criminal trial.  It was a civil trial where the acuser didn't need any evidence, she just had to convincingly smear and slander the defendant enough to make the half wits in the jury believe it all.

Yeah, I already answered that last night in a post you must have conveniently skipped. It would be very dumb of both sides to not have a third party collect it and be anonymously tested, so no objections could be brought up regarding it. Though, it wouldn't surprise me if Trump's lawyer had planned to have an issue with the DNA offered in an attempt to delay the trial until Trump potentially won the 2024 election.

The evidence is a believable story and Trump's history of this type of thing. But you probably think that Access Hollywood tape was just locker room talk, too.

Where and when did I defend Epstein?

Probably on another forum where that sort of thing is applauded publicly.

But feel free to try again regarding this thread. The dead don't have sundowning issues and you know that. But the thing you are defending does and is a convicted sex pest and close personal friend of Epstein.

Let's take securities fraud:  He wanted to use his Mari Lago estate as collateral for a bank loan.  The estate is in fact worth one billion dollars, according to several real estate experts who were very conveniently not permitted to testify to that.  The judge opted instead to take testimony from somebody with zero experience in real estate who claimed that Mari Lago is only worth eighteen million dollarsFact:  You can't buy a one acre dirt lot in that neighborhood for eighteen million dollars.

It was on that false testimony that the verdict of fraud was reached.

Nope. It’s not. Trust me on this one.

The “real estate experts” were his own people. You don’t know how RICO works, do you? Don’t answer that, because we BOTH know you don’t.

This is ACTUALLY correct.

Wrong. Fact: You CAN buy one acre of dirt for $18 million. The amount you pay is up to what the landowner is willing to take. That’s how OFFERS work. They are bids on the value. Just like houses. You can buy WELL above (or below) market, depending on what the owner(s) want.

Source for all of this: My mom, who’s been in corporate real estate for longer than Cheeto Satan’s businesses have been around.

Because he was railroaded, not tried.  There's difference.  Learn it.

He was tried, by a judge, just like he and his lawyers wanted, you stupid sob

The judge that wanted so badly to find an innocent man guilty said even IF THERE WAS A MATCH BETWEEN THE DNA ON THE DRESS AND TRUMP'S DNA, IT DOESN'T MEAN A WHOLE LOT OF ANYTHING.

Quote

The judge also noted that the report did not find evidence of sperm cells and that reopening the dispute would raise a “complicated new subject into this case that both sides elected not to pursue over a period of years”.

He said a positive match of Trump’s DNA to that on the dress would prove only that there had been an encounter between Trump and Carroll on a day when she wore the dress, but would not prove or disprove that a rape occurred and might prove entirely inconclusive.

So considering the judge said if the DNA matches, it doesn't necessarily mean anything beyond "an encounter" and by no means proves rape, why are you harping on that  Trump's DNA was never entered into evidence?

My Skagen didn't come with any tarrif and neither did the solar powered radio I just bought.  The receipt is not relevant.  It's about where you're buying things and what you're buying.

If you're going to buy a new car, there's probably a hidden tarrif.  If you're going to buy a ten year old car, no tarrif.  Roll with that on everything you buy.

ROFL even admitting this, you're still defending the tariffs. You are beyond hopeless.

The tariffs are a good thing, just don't buy new cars and you'll be fine!

LMAO

No, cold brew should always be brewed in room temperature.  Your coffee probably tastes like water.

He shouldn't be the judge of how anything tastes since he got no sense of smell from all the years of huffing chemicals.

On that note, I hear brewing discarded cigarette filters produces a very delicate but full bodied roast flavor.

Like water?  No, it's definately a coffee flavor without the bitter oil that comes with hot brewing.  The colder you brew it, the more time it takes.  Mine runs ten to twelve hours.

I’ve never cold brewed less than 24 hours, you tool.

What else do you do?  If it takes you twenty four hours to have the coffee come out black, you're probably one of those guys who use a quarter teaspoon of grinds for a liter.

And it took him how long to make that particular statement?  He mumbled that earlier today because people keep asking him to release the files and his swiss cheese brain can't handle it anymore.

'Unfriending' doesn't mean they weren't pedo-pals. It's merely an attempt at an excuse.

So, you don't know the difference.  God help you if you ever go to court.

One is a bench trial the other is a jury trial. It’s you who doesn’t seem to know the fuckin difference, or that Trump and his lawyer waived jury trial in favor of a bench trial.

I’ve been to court and have done just fine.

However many people are on a civil jury trial Trump had that and the jury found him liable for sexual assault

I should have known Packard had it wrong when he said Trump didn’t have a jury

Jury or no jury...  what was done is called railroading.

Lie to yourself all you want, but keep it to yourself. The only people who believe this are people with a "Trump has a 10-inch cock" bumper sticker on their Ford they need a ladder to climb in.

The guy in line ahead of you at the supermaket might be a convicted car thief.  Stop associating with car thieves.

Get the point?  All you're promoting here is guilt by association.

Was your college professor cooking meth?  You have no way of knowing yes or no on that, do you?  If he had done any of that and gets arrested for it, does that mean you were in business with him?

Yes, according to your own line of thinking, because you were seen in the same classroom with him.

Mmm, nah, not buying what you're selling. No one else is here, either. It's not like they were seen together just one time and didn't even speak.

You're comparing apples and oranges to try and excuse the obvious relationship the two of them had.

How?  He had a jury. You said he didn’t and that was “being railroaded” but a jury found him liable

he had a jury trial in his criminal case and a jury found him guilty he was convicted of 34 felonies

the only trial he didn’t have a jury was his civil fraud case which he also lost

so again how was he railroaded

I was talking to Katt when I brought that up, not you.  Of course, you didn't read the rest of it.
