Carl Lawson carted off at Jets-Packers joint practice. Looks like he might have torn his Achilles. Huge blow to that defense if that is the case.

Been following the joint practices the past 2 days and he was one of the few bright spots. Jets OL also looks like hot garbage.

Every fuckin year a key player gets fucked up before they play a single snap. I’m used to this shit already

damn not even the start of the season and things already starting to go south for the jets 😄

on the plus side, you'll only need to win 4 games this season to mark it as an improvement.

Y tú? Brute! 💩

hey @1pooh4u, dont get too hyped now but zach wilson is looking good in the pre season. i know its just pre season, but not much else to go on. plus us fans of perpetually losing franchises gotta take our wins anywhere we can 🤣

Up until that preseason game I had totally forgotten you can get 6 points by running into the end zone 😆

They did it totally right, even managed the point after. I wasn’t even sure the ball was supposed to go in between the post before that 💩

Well, Broncos named Bridgewater the starter

woooo.........I am whelmed.

its the correct call...

but i think the donkeys would have been better off drafting justin fields. tho im sure they were banking on rodgers coming over.

bridgewater aint bad. and thats all i can say about him.

i feel like this season, the afc west will be the toughest division again.

Eh, I dunno.  I think you ride or die with Lock this year.  Bridgewater isnt a franchise QB, and Lock might be. You throw him out there and its sink or swim. If he does good, were a playoff team, if he sucks we have a top 5 pick and draft our franchise QB.

Orrrrr we go all in on Rodgers next year and then win the AFC West for 5 straight years and win another Super Bowl.  Manning 2.0 Strategy.

i think you might be under estimating bridgewater and giving lock a lot of credit. tho i do get wanting to give the 2nd year guy a chance to see if he can improve. i figure the coach probably wants to win as many games as he can.

are we doing fantasy football this year? we only got like a week left!

@Codename: Jackass has been the commissioner for as long as it's been running.  I think it might be too late since the draft would have had to happen like last week.

He mentioned in Discord earlier this summer that he won't be doing it anymore. Someone else would have to start one, but I doubt there's enough of us left.

entertaining way to start the season but a few annoying things.

one of the last plays, pretty sure it was offensive pass interference that didnt get called. looked worse on tv than on the replay. but the cowboys settling for a field goal with a minute and a half is the worse offender.

fantasy wise, it sucked balls! holy shit zeke! the two touchdown opportunities you had should have easily scored.

That was absolutely offensive PI.

That was a good game to start the season. I think that the Jags-Texans game is probably going to be the exact opposite of that game.

i know, but it happened right in front of the refs lol. at least we wont have to hear from cowboys fans bragging about beating the champs.

you know, i think the jags are gonna do real good. i dont think the texans are good at anything and the jags wont be that incompetent on offense. but we will see...

I picked the Texans as my lol because other teams suck but Houston's front office PUT EFFORT into making everyone think "bruh what the fuck are you doing?"

The Toyota Tankathon is on! Everything must go!

I wonder if they'll take an '89 Camry Newton. 🤔

Packers regretting not trading Rodgers right about now.

*Green Bay puts Jordan Love in before the end of the game*

Me, thinking: "Damn, I already used the Sickos meme yesterday to allude to Clemson/Ohio State already losing"
