SwimModSponges
I can see why the elderly enjoy it, its a remarkable consistent meat texture. The taste of the meat was decent. It was definitely improved by a lot of onion. So much so that i ate all of my onions with half my liver. So thats the journey.

André Toulon
It's ok bug I have to really be in the mood for it. Like I have to want to eat it 3 times but not get to eat it and finally get to on the fourth attempt to enjoy it. If I get it after this casually thinking about it, I always wish I had cooked something else. All that said, I have no idea why anyone wanted a liver in the first place, but people eat testicals so whatever. Nb4 Hannibal jokes.
mthor
My parents were big into liver and onions, but I've always loathed it, partly for the taste and partly for the texture. When I was a kid, we used to make wild goose liver pate during hunting season (providing, of course, that somebody shot some geese). Very tasty, but I wouldn't touch liver with a ten foot pole otherwise.
tsar4
Not a fan. I can handle Liverwurst, but liver as an entree is a no go.
Gina Szanboti
I absolutely loved KFC's chicken livers when they still sold them (alas, now gone the way of my beloved Arby-Q ). They were ok fresh, but if you microwaved them they'd get kinda chewy like real meat, instead of that dry, pasty texture they had after normal cooking. Beef liver tastes ok, but it has too many large veins running through it, and hitting one of those is a quick trip to the vomitorium.
PhilosipherStoned
hmmm I might've tried it before, but I don't recall either..
SwimModSponges
Tonight I grilled steak on the new grill for the first time. Seems like a good grill.
SwimModSponges
Oh, back on last night though, the green beans that came with the liver and onions. Hot damn. They were fucking incredible. I says to my wife- "these green beans are incredible. Like, some of the best green beans i've ever had. Green beans that are so good you stop and say 'wow those are some good green beans'." Top 2 id say, between this and an asian place that had the freshest beans you ever seen.
bnmjy
I don't mind the taste, but it's so dry and hard for me to swallow.

scoobdog
I'm not a fan of liver, but I don't hate it all that much. As good as paté is, I'll never have it ever again for any reason.

HardcoreHunter
I miss when beef liver was super cheap. I remember back when it was under a buck a pound. I also remember back when roast beef lunch meat was 2.99lb and now it's like $10lb.
