I'm too lazy to look them up on my own <_<

Something relatively healthy, no real restrictions I'll try just about everything. I like easier stuff like stuff i can just throw in the Instant Pot or slow cooker but I can also do stuff that's a bit more involved. I have a cast iron skillet, dutch oven, and all other basic kitchen stuff like frying pans, baking sheets, etc. Also have an immersion blender I got for Christmas that I'd like to try out.

One box McCormick beer batter. One 12oz Pabst Blue Ribbon in bottle. Flour. 3ish lbs raw chicken. Vegetable oil.

Mix Beer batter mix and beer in medium bowl. Coat chicken in flour, followed by batter, and fry for 3-5 mins.

Serve.

Yams- Cut up a bunch of yams and place them in an oven-safe receptacle. Cook up some bacon, chop it up and put that shit up in there as well. Rosemary. Just a ton of rosemary, never enough rosemary. greatest herb, bar none. Garlic, better toss a bit of that in there. Cumin, honestly I probably use cumin way too much but it jut feels so much better than cumout *badum-psht!*. But seriously- brown sugar, crushed red pepper, thyme, maple syrup, soy sauce, worchestershire sauce, beef stock. Throw it in the oven for a bit. There you go, yams.

Yeah, I never got around to trying that....Mostly because I don't bake and the person I trusted to help me with such a thing isn't quite the Buddyroe fan right now.

I used to order that at this fine dining place that cost way too much money. Like $10 a slice. It was so good and yummy. I miss careless spending of 100s of dollars when i made commission lol

Just wrap it in saran wrap really tight and it'll be ok.  It's winter so it won't spoil in 2-3 days.

I mean We're like 2 hours away from each other at the most....It would be fine, but it's no biggie.  I actually might try it on my own.  I got corn syrup and pecans already from when my mom was here.

Heat oven to 375, or higher is fine

Rub a head of cauliflower with olive oil and some salt
