Yeah, I’m dead set on having everything fixed before we move in cause I have heavy furniture that I physically can’t move twice.

You helped put things into perspective for me a little. Btw, the selling bank ended up making the repairs and added the cost into our price. It all worked out. 2
Raptorpat Posted November 16, 2018 Posted November 16, 2018 that's a really good mentality i closed in september or october and moved in during the week between christmas and new years. i put a ton of things off in that two month period and it still looks like i just moved in.

I thought about cows, but I don’t think I could tend to them properly. Goats, however, are likely cause I need some help with this kudzu. I’m also getting some chickens.
Vamped Posted November 16, 2018 Posted November 16, 2018 YAY!!! Looks good! When I grow up I wanna be like you!
DragonSinger Posted November 16, 2018 Posted November 16, 2018 I love the garden window. A view like that is one of the few things to make washing dishes less shitty. 2

Mix Posted November 16, 2018 Posted November 16, 2018 Everyone's talking about party this and party that....yes, let me mortgage my soul to buy a house, clean and repair it, move my shit in, and then invite over a bunch of drunk, drugged out savages 1

KimopoBotar Posted November 16, 2018 Posted November 16, 2018 That is an amazing achievement. Congratulations! We're probably approaching the last generation that will be able to own homes without being born into it. It's good to get a piece of that while we can.
