We finally closed on our house! 🎉🎉🎉

I’m now in the process of cleaning, repairing, and painting everything before we move in.

Yeah, I’m dead set on having everything fixed before we move in cause I have heavy furniture that I physically can’t move twice.

Btw, the selling bank ended up making the repairs and added the cost into our price. It all worked out.

that's a really good mentality

i closed in september or october and moved in during the week between christmas and new years. i put a ton of things off in that two month period and it still looks like i just moved in.

I thought about cows, but I don’t think I could tend to them properly. Goats, however, are likely cause I need some help with this kudzu. I’m also getting some chickens.
