PLUS you can wash all of your IKEA covers in the washing machine at home on hot ! @.@

She's literally harassing the customer service agents. She's still on hold on my line, but then she called again on her cell phone on a whole new line with a new customer service rep.

To be honest, some of the ones that make it through the hiring process aren't much better. My brain and soul are just exhausted. This same old lady has called me exactly 14 times today. She's on hold right now because my manager promised her something and then he bounced. Every time I try and apologize she curses me out. She said she's going to hold until the manager comes back >.> Thats gonna be like 7:45 am tomorrow so I guess .... that's gonna an incredibly long hold.
