  1. Screenplay by Gen Urobuchi. Yup, that sounds about right. The Knights of Syndonia money must've come in handy to bring him on board for an edgy Godzilla movie. Also, this is the first in three planned movies, so get ready for the sequel this May!
  2. Hopefully they do what the Japanese version is doing and cycle through four different voice actor/actress choices per episode. I’d definitely have a wish list of the different Funimation VA duos to voice the two
  3. I do remember that being a badge of honor to see the MS Paint Wickerman reference I made pop up for a day around /a/ when it first aired. I can’t say I retained many memories of CSW I’d like to remember, but it was fun posting about that show, Occult Academy, Niseimonogatari, and Hanasaku Iroha. I stumbled across an old one I made of C-Control, and felt embarrassed recently.
  4. Ah, No.6. I remember it being pretty decent up until they infiltrated the facility around the end. I did like the Dogkeeper character though.
  5. Carbonara pasta Grape-flavored Apple Focaccia bread Corn Dogs
  6. My biggest question would be if Kirby is a hollow ball of air, or if he’s more like a marshmallow or onahole.

    Hey Mochi

I was this close to getting mochi that didn’t have ice cream inside, but it was just as pricey. A long time ago, I had a green tea one, but it had paste in it instead of just being all rice like I was hoping.
  8. Even if the flavor profiles somewhat match, lemon will always be a stronger taste to it. Cilantro meets you a little halfway with the tang so you’re not overwhelmed by using a lemon for tartness. Orange might fit the profile better, but cilantro also cuts out the middleman by not making you shower gritty orange zest over Italian parsley. Catnip might be too earthy. I’ve had it in tea and that matches thyme or sage a little more than cilantro would. Can’t say I’ve had shiso.
  9. I don’t fall into the category of people that think it tastes like soap. It has a fresh earthy taste to it with some tang in the mix, like a combination of citrus peel and parsley. It also adds something nice to Mexican food and salads.
  10. I don't think I could ever bring myself to eat hobiron!
  11. Hebrew National and Sabrett is more my thing. I don’t eat pork unless it’s at a good restaurant or a party, and the mixed hot dogs are always bland whenever I’ve had them. Usually tailgates or festivals when there’s nothing else to eat. Chorizo is fine though.
  12. This week's male version had Frieza and Norio Wakamoto as the girls.
  13. At the time, I think we only ended up getting a dinner at a place that served Americanized Chinese food, but I'm always down for some hot pot. It was pretty neat though since the atmosphere was fascinating at that age, and the vendors had some decent wares.
  14. The "Eat Medical Supplies Challenge" doesn't have quite the hook to it that Tide Pods, bleach, or spoonfuls of cinnamon do.
  15. I figured that'd be the case, but being an introvert that wants to avoid interacting with strangers does help me out in this scenario. The last time I was in NYC, I was too young to go to a nice pizza place or deli, so I was strung along with a family friend who was too busy trying to get their kids to be quiet. The only thing I remember being neat was walking around Chinatown for a good amount of time and passing by Times Square. Empire State and Ellis Island were alright, but it was very touristy compared to walking around the city. We also took a side-trip to Fire Island. It was before I was curious about that kind of stuff, so I didn't get to appreciate it, but it was amusing that my parents were lead to assume from our family friend's account that the gayborhood was just Miami Beach up north.
  16. Nah, at most, I have to push myself into attending family events or traveling far distances. If there was a social group a mile or two away, I'd be there no prob, especially if there was food.
  17. Better hoard it all before March comes around. Once the temperature shifts back to the 80's, pumpkin spice evaporates into the air
  18. The author didnt take into account people being able to marry video game characters in the real world.
  19. Probably holed up in a house or office building with some dry food and weapons.
  20. I might wait until all the characters come out in a bundle or something of the sort. The Day One release doesn’t have enough bonuses for me to justify a purchase right away, especially when a bulk of what you pay for in premium editions is the figurine and soundtrack. Blue Goku/Vegeta’s not a huge pull for me. I played the beta and when I wasn’t getting disconnected from the lobby, it was fun. Since they only had the tutorial and online modes, I could barely get a feel for the characters available, but after two online matches, Android 18 was my favorite to use. It would’ve been nice to use Tien or the Buu Android, or have more time to get used to Adult Gohan, but there wasn’t a training mode in the beta.
