  1. I never watched DBZ as a kid. In fact, I didn't watch anime at all until I was in my 20s.
  2. I just realized all my favorite animes don't do that cliche... Fullmetal Alchemist, Trigun, Wolf's Rain, and Cowboy Bebop.
  3. I like the gender-role reversal of cartoon stereotypes in the show. The wife is the crazy idiot, the father is the level-headed ruiner of fun, the horny teenager is a girl, the mischievous brat is a girl... too many cartoons copy The Simpsons gender role formula and I like how Bob's Burgers more or less reverses it. It's refreshing to me. I also like how Tina looks/sounds very nerdy and plain but does well with boys. Instead of changing the horny loser-in-love from a boy to a girl, they changed the gender and made her not a loser. She seems to not fit in with the other girls though. Other than her sister, I only recall her being friends with Tammy but that didn't last long.
  4. It was a funny cartoon, especially for not featuring any recurring Loony Tunes characters. I think Michigan J. Frog was in literally only the one short until they basically remade it years later.
  5. No. First, I'm a straight male. Second, I'm a boob man.
  6. Love is a strong word. I like when he's put off by Tina, or when he's oblivious to Tina.
  7. I hated Linda at first too, but then I grew to tolerate her... and eventually like her.
  8. The good news about being cold is you can put on as many layers as you need.
  9. The whole point of driving is to get from point A to point B.
  10. Smart watches are dumb to me. It's like a smart phone with an infinitely smaller screen (and keyboard?) and to use it for any decent amount of time it would probably make your arm tired for holding it in the appropriate position for several minutes. But you know what's REALLY stupid? Those damn hoverboards. "hoverboard." What marketing genius came up with that name? Back to the Future Part II invented the concept of hoverboards, which was basically a skateboard without wheels that floats a bit above the ground and could go over any surface. The real "hoverboards" are nothing more than segues without handlebars. No hovering of any kind going on.
  11. TV's used to be cube-like. Now they're more like rectangles.
  12. I'll take your word for it.
  13. Without the easy access of Internet porn, t-girl porn would probably be far less profitable.
  14. That's a great track list. Although Great Gig in the Sky was never one of my favorite Pink Floyd songs.
  15. I have a feeling my life would be so much better had I never discovered / got addicted to message boards.
  16. Cakes aren't phallic enough for you. He should've given you a box of Ho-Ho's.
  17. Hm... Well e-dating apps have ruined my friend's chance for romance. He will absolutely not listen to reason and keeps falling for the scammers who use instagram models'/ pornstars pics for their fake profiles. He needs to ditch the damn apps and pick up women at bars. He's very outgoing anyway.
  18. In an old episode of Key and Peele, the titular two wondered what ever happened to rap GROUPS? There are still plenty of rappers... But where are the rap GROUPS? I bring this up, because having a full band is what's gotten me to this point. I play guitar, and my band has a singer, a drummer, a bass player, and a second guitarist. Without these individuals, I would still be nowhere. I don't know if it's feasible for you to start a rap group, as according to Key and Peele, rap groups are a thing of the past... but bringing in several other musicians to help cultivate my vision has helped me tremendously.
