Usually my weeks are 4 day weeks anyway. It was supposed to be this past week too, as I didn't get Labor Day off, but I took a vacation day on Sunday to attend a concert. So this week went by pretty quickly. I'm doing the same thing this coming week.

Well at least it's to dedicate more time to her art, which is already apparent she is good at.

I have no memes to share as of yet, but this jogged my memory about something I thought was amusing.... CN's been having Steven Universe marathons lately and since I'm old and stubborn and still watch cable TV instead of using streaming services, I have noting to watch in the mornings but CN. Usually I'm on my computer with the TV on in the background, and what do I hear, but fucking Carl talking in the Steven Universe, uh, universe.... The dude that voiced Carl, used his EXACT Carl voice for what I guess is a conservative xenophobic stereotype. I think there were other conservative stereotypes in this character, but I can't remember them off hand. Anyway this character is Steven's father's cousin. I just couldn't believe hearing Carl in a kid's cartoon.

Now I'm thinking I probably did see that movie. Because I remember Loki being the main villain.

Also what the hell is this, you don't consider authentic southern BBQ good food? We literally can't be friends anymore. Not that I've had authentic southern BBQ, but whatever he we got here in Cali is pretty damn tasty so I'm sure the real thing is even better.

Well naraku was being very general with "no diners" and then he went very specific with what he meant. Apparently it's not a diner if it's not open 24/7 and operated by Greeks / Italians with a staff that speaks no less than 3 different languages.
