I'm interested in Japanese history, particularly in the centuries leading up to the Meiji Restoration and all the way through the Allied occupation of Japan after WW2. That's about it. My girlfriend is a huuuuuuge history buff. Blows my mind how much she actually knows about all that stuff.

Rush Hour 1 &2, City Hunter, Drunken Master II, and Rumble in Bronx are my favorites. I do appreciate his cameo in King of Comedy. (And his appearance in Enter the Dragon solely based on his story about wanting Bruce Lee to hold him when Jackie was hurt on set.) Also I have this in Laserdisc because why not.

The only things that ever truly helped me with bouts of depression were stuff like finally doing something I always wanted to do or returning to something I had attempted but quit. Passion projects were good for this. Or learning something like a new language or program. I don't fuck with therapists after the one I saw after the Vegas shooting told me I was gay because I must have been raped. She firmly believed all gay people were raped and that's why they were gay. Bump that shit.

Finally got an art tablet so one I get acclimated to drawing on it I'll resume working on this project. Here's a shot of said tablet and a sketch I did on it earlier today.

He was fighting someone while looking away and acting disinterested. His part in the movie was like a 5 min thing and I have lost sleep wondering why he was even in that shitty movie. Best parts are the out of shape gangsters that wear red and white polka dot shirts and the fact that all the cops insist on entering every scene by jumping through a window. They even included shots where the actors miss the window and hit the wall instead.

You must not have seen Breathing Fire. Props for him wearing this disguise though.

Glad to see the proud 90s tradition of blaring the theme song to Mortal Kombat during any and all martial arts exhibitions is alive and well.

Seen Bolo Yeung pull that off in a particularly terrible ninja movie. His character died immediately.

Accomplished two personal milestones/goals that I thought would take several more years to achieve. I have my eyes on a few more that are starting to look more realistic every day.

If you ever make it back out to Vegas hit me up so I can let us both down and tell you I have to work on the exact day you're visiting.

I went to Classic Game Fest in Austin, TX a few years ago. There were plenty of booths with legit rare games and such but fuck them on their prices. Found a crudely assembled booth later that was selling loose disc games from the PS1-PS3/Xbox-360/Gamecube-Wii/PC for 99 cents a pop. Some quality stuff in there too. Look for someone like that if you ever go to one of these shows.

Get out there and give some real blow jobs.

Some light digging says the artist was brought in to make unusual style paintings to pair with the credit song which was created prior to the paintings. Looks like the artist was initially hired for conceptual art too.

I'm not sure actually. I did always wonder myself when watching the show.
