I participate more in an international internet forum these days, and one of the people said they write English more often than their native language these days to the point where they don't think they can write something formal like a school essay anymore in their native language. I thought that's quite an interesting phenomenon. I'm also greatly losing interest in befriending stereotypical monolingual Americans who have no interest in other cultures ever again. I suppose I can't hold something like that against certain people, but whatever.

I remember one time there was a discussion about Japanese kanji in IB, and the way he tried explaining it works was completely wrong. I was honestly pretty shocked, and from that point onward I really questioned his "authority." I never said anything about it because I really didn't like interacting with him. He was just fortunate there weren't any IBers who were serious about learning Japanese. Had he tried his crap on certain subreddits, he would have been castigated by other white men that like to claim authority on Asian cultural studies.

Good enough. This happened like two weeks after my main was banned, back in April. My upstairs neighbor, the one directly above my unit, had killed himself. I was sleeping under his corpse for four days until he was discovered. I wasn't that close with him. I just know when his husband died last year, he became for depressed and reclusive. I think he also wasn't able to afford rent anymore, as he talked about moving. Still, the apartments really aren't that expensive, so he must have fallen on some very hard times. I know he was also a baton twirler in the gay parades that happen this time of year.

I'm still alive - although to be honest, I don't think anyone gives a shit. It's bnmjy. I'm just not that into this community anymore. Been coming here less and less. So if I stop coming here, just assume I've completely lost interest. A few people have my contact info, so.
