Everything else you said is basically true, and I'm not gonna argue over it. However, I think I made this paragraph right here quite clear. You make this seem almost shameful, when this is a common reason people don't vote and most people are slacktivists when it comes to advocacy.

As if there aren't people on the Left wanting the same thing to be done. It's just that the Left has developed an inconvenient aversion to guns. If they bothered to love them as much as the Right, you can see the hilarious hypocrisy over second amendment rights show its true colors. But I know, the Right was the one to storm the Capitol, so I really can't say they are the same in that regard. As for democracy, Democrats have this stupid thing called superdelegates that allowed Hillary to be chosen as the candidate over Bernie.

I can easily spout trite sayings too. American democracy is shit. You're only voting for one side that supports corporate welfare while the other side only pretends to be against it and only slightly hampers its progress. The abortion decision happened with Democrats in power, and don't say there's nothing that could have been done about it. There's supposed to be a system of checks and balances, and obviously the Supreme Court now has too much power.

I don't think I'm bothering to vote this time, even though I get to vote for Fetterman vs Oz. I live near Fetterman's town he was once the mayor of, Braddock, and it's pretty much a shithole with few improvements. He only became popular because he often wore athletic shorts and a T-shirt instead of the usual business attire of politicians. Congress ain't gonna do shit even with Democrats back in power, so I really just don't care anymore.

At my one job, we all have Asian backgrounds except for the one lady who's white. And she's the worst worker, lol I'm the only East Asian though. The others are South Asian (Indian subcontinent region) and Middle Eastern.

Honestly, I only visited Kiwi a bit back in August last year when this news broke out. The place reminded me of losers who made stupid comments on ebaumsworld, probably the same exact people who just migrated over. Anyway, I haven't been keeping up with the Chris story lately. This thread is the extent. I ain't watching Geno's chronicles on youtube. Kudos to him for making hour-long documentaries on Chris, but I'd rather watch a documentary on just about anyone else.
