Gemini Posted June 13, 2023 Posted June 13, 2023 This thread is about breakfast, Ron Swanson's most favorite meal of the day. I had a pork al pastor (marinated pork) and egg quesadilla. It was amazing! 3 Quote

The_annoying_one Posted June 13, 2023 Posted June 13, 2023 The only thing I ate this morning is a handful of Flamin’ Hot Cheetos. I’m not a big breakfast eater, even though I love most breakfast foods. 1 Quote

katt_goddess Posted June 13, 2023 Posted June 13, 2023 Same thing I have every morning - I try to take over the world a bowl of gross oatmeal and a cup of something. Currently that's milk tea. On the rare day off, I treat myself to a sausage, egg and cheese from Caribou and a larger Cooler [ either Caramel High Rise or Turtle Mocha ] because the Cooler will last all morning long while I do other things. 2 Quote

I mean, everyone knows you usually mix in Mexican chorizo with whatever you're cooking like eggs or potatoes. You're not going to microwave a bowl of chorizo like you're reheating a bowl of chili because you're not going eat it by itself. Quote
scoobdog Posted June 14, 2023 Posted June 14, 2023 On a side note, I didn't realize there was a difference between Mexican chorizo and Spanish and Portuguese chorizo until I was watching Andrew Zimmern's Delicious Destinations. European chorizo is an actual formed sausage (with a casing) unlike the stuff we're used to. 1 Quote
