Meh, Chinese buffet food. My mom and buddy went and brought me a to go plate. I'm not one of those people who says it's dog or rat or whatever, but the cut of some of this meat is just so random. Like WTF is this on this skewer....eh, wtfever, I'll eat it anyway....I used to eat chitterlings, I feel I have lost the privilege of going "ew" to anything short of a literal turd on a plate.
