and then if theres an empty lot next to it thats in the city's land bank, theyll just give you the empty lot for free as long as you promise to mow the grass and keep it clean

tbh nabs was right CA is a hellhole. It's a trap. I never shouldve gone there to be close to the industry. I should've stayed in ohio and just drove to virginia beach for shoots like I did when I debuted. I mean really I should've just stayed a cam girl and never done actual porn. 2009-2013 were great years. Everything went downhill once I moved to CA. The cost of living ate up all my income just to constantly get taken advantage of and ripped off by industry creeps

See, I don't know if California is a hell hole or not. I've never been there. Some, like you, say it sucks whereas people like scoob say it's actually the complete opposite. I'll have to see for myself. That said, my mom lived in Twentynine Palms for about a year or two when she was a teenager in the '60s and she said she hated it. (But again, that's her experience, not mine.)

Twenty-Nine Palms is in the middle of the Mojave Desert.  It's quite literally a hell hole.

I do not know who this kid is, and I feel sorry for him and his losses, but all the bad blood needed to be drained out of the markets. 

If you are going to use Options Contracts people, please do not do short dated and out the money!
