Whole chicken, because it's healthy enough, and not full of antibiotics.

Red leaf lettuce. Never romaine. Just too risky.

Fresh vegetables.

Bagels and cream cheese.

English muffins, bacon and cheese makes a great sandwich.

Replace the tilapia with a better quality fish. Salmon or tuna or flounder.

Risotto and mushrooms.

Splurge on a cheat sweet item.

Water.

Everything sounds good aside from the water.

I drink tap water happily.

I do too. I wasn't sure if you did or not. Most people I know buy it, but we live in the country and have a deep well, so, all the clean water we want.

I don't think we have those places here in socal, but if they're like other grocery stores and have the usual stuff I get I'd say add some oatmeal to that list. Definitely some real honey. And if you're like me and tend to forget to eat full meals and just have snacks throughout the day, I also suggest some ritz crackers, strawberry jam/jelly, and cream cheese. They make a tasty snack if you combine some cream cheese and jam and dip or spread the crackers in it.

As for actual food I tend to eat the same things consisting of chicken, broccoli, spinach, cauliflower, fozen mixed veggies.

And if you like cereal some Crunch Berries maybe. Or even sugar smacks because someone mentioned those in a thread a few days ago so maybe it's a sort of sign.

1,600 watermelons

583 sticks of butter

one half of a gallon of milk (not a half gallon container, find a full gallon container and empty half of it on the floor)

every box of cereal, but demand to pay for each granule of cereal individually.... with pennies

& a red bull or something

I ended up with a ribeye steak, onion, potato, blueberries, salad kit, small personal seedless watermelon, cherries, protein drink, sparkling blackberry and hibiscus water, diet cherry Powerade, propel, three tins of cat food, a bag of cat food, garbage bags, plastic silverware, a bottle of ice tea, and 4 individual ice cream mochi in assorted flavors.

I have steak about once every three years and beef maybe four times a year since I tend to eat a mainly vegetarian diet with some fish, bison, venison, and lamb thrown in every few months.

I was gonna suggest ice cream, but you got it before I could. Kudos.
