Not for the state. I got picked up at the airport and I haven't left his apartment at all. He just keeps bringing me food, cigarettes, and weed. I'm in a building that happens to be in Iowa thats about it

Maybe when you were kids, but when I was a kid prior to becoming Toys R Us, it was called "Children's Bargain Town USA".  Pic is just after they started the name change.

They came back as a kind of small activity park from what I can gather. Kids play with toy demos then can buy them. I believe that the motive is more complex than that as play testing toys before you buy them doesn't feel like it would do anything to fix sales. I believe that they are recording how kids play with toys and selling that data to toy companies. Recording and selling data like that a big business in itself.
