another thrilling diet report

i kept feeling like i was going to pass out today so ive decided to end diet and eat normal again

im at 153. i started at 168.5 on aug 22nd. I think I had like 6 or 7 meals since then. Vitamins, minerals, krill oil, olive oil, coffee, alil milk. and I was doing da bicycle alil bit

I had to eat something like a real meal because my muscle felt all fatigued.

You don't really want to replace food with water.  A lukewarm broth is probably a good start if you're trying to start eating after a prolonged period of starvation.  It at least has some protein in it.

Yea I missed out on some good meals, and I had to hide food from my mom so she'd think i ate it. i can't wait to get five guys tomorrow

That's the down side of my situation, I can eat as much as I want, but they're all pre-prep meals....I don't eat fast food....at least for now

How tall are you? I ask because you seemed pretty small...didn't think you could get to 168

I'm 6'0" healthy weight for me is like 145-170. I always stay in that range. 

What do you mean by pre-prep?

Hey, you're my height....I don't know why I thought you were tiny >.>

I pre-prep meals to keep track of caloric intake...regular shit like grilled chicken, beef, steamed vegetables....each container is labeled with the approximate nutrients of the food inside....makes things easy on the day to day.....I've got like six meals a day, but I can eat more if I feel I need it....

I've been keeping an eye on the food prep subreddit for ideas when my my energy is near normal levels again(fuck Georgia summers).
