Manually? How do?

prepare it like usual but boil water and pour it over the grounds yourself. It works best if it's a sneak-a-cup so you can take the pot out, pour in a bunch of water, let it sit and absorb, then put the pot back in. that way you don't have to sit there slowly pouring boiling water over it

She will not brew me another drop. Rest in power, sweet baby angel.

I have a Keurig too, but I don’t like it as much.

I feel a great loss. 😢

My dad used to go through like 5 or 6 coffee pots a year, i kid you not.

Finally, my stepmom bought him (and her) a BUNN one, and it's about 5 years old now...

I bought disco a three hundred dollar Keurig a few years ago, and nothing is wrong with it.

She uses a twenty dollar coffee maker, while the Keurig sits in the shop.

Meh.

Mail it to me, I will set it next to my other two and they can have a three way. A veritable coffee orgy if you will.

Yea but its like a french press that i have to fill, wait, let drip, fill, wait, drip, fill, wait, drip, fill, wait, and drip until I finally have enough coffee. Itll be nice to pour, wait, press, pour, drink.

You should get a cheap percolator for your stovetop until you find a good press. I have a stainless steel percolator I use sometimes just to change things up. But to be fair dollar general sells a cheap drip machine for 6 dollars.

Tbh I've never used one before but it might be the thing to do bc I could still break the glass in a press

I think walmart has a camp fire percolator in the camping section that works on the stove top but the one I got from cabellas was around the same price and better built. They are pretty easy to use, add water then put the basket in, fill basket with the coffee, turn on heat and perc until you get the flavor you want.

Absolutely.  Probably still as watery though.  Don't get me wrong, I like FP., but yeah.

That's how you fix the problem you're having with your french press.

I know both of you ladies are taking about a coffee-making process, but it's making me think of some kind of defense in soccer or basketball. Thanks.

Oh, and I can't do regular coffee. It has to be iced. I hate burning my tongue.

Fun fact: I used to use a coffee maker for making tea. (It only made tea, though. That's so coffee wouldn't mess with the taste.)

And I have coffee mugs on the middle shelf and tea mugs on the bottom.  Because you know THERE'S A FUCKEN DIFFERENCE!

I'm very yelly tonight.

I actually put ice cubes in boiling hot coffee to cool it down some. Doesn't always work, but it usually helps. (It's something my parents do, too.)

Really, I love the taste of coffee. I just prefer iced coffee. (And this means that I'm weird as hell. And that's okay. I'm fine with that.)

Well, no, lol that doesn't make you weird.  If it were weird then I wouldn't have made two cups earlier, one to drink hot then and one to leave in the fridge for tomorrow.  >.>

Although...honestly I'm not the best person to gauge weird off of..I mean it's weird that the 'i' does not come before the 'e' in weird, isn't it?  I DON'T SEE NO FUCKEN C!!!!!!!!!

Also...

Not a coffee bean grinder

Thanks. For whatever reason, that actually helped make me sleepy again. I don't know how, but it did, and I thank you.
