mthor Posted May 21, 2019 Posted May 21, 2019 I still have the key from mine. I don't know what happened to the club itself - I used to keep it next to the bed when I lived in my apartment. 1

Swimmod_Luna Posted May 21, 2019 Posted May 21, 2019 I see them on some cars from time to time. Usually shitty ones that no one would steal anyway and not even in the rougher neighborhoods.

Poof Posted May 21, 2019 Posted May 21, 2019 i always thought it was for like if you wanted to have something in your car to hit someone over the head with but you didn't want anyone to think you had it for hitting someone over the head with. hence the name? 2

That's why I kept it next to the bed - it was heavier than a baseball bat, and had a couple of prongs sticking out that looked like they'd do some fair damage. 3
AnimationFan14 Posted May 21, 2019 Posted May 21, 2019 If I were to purchase a used 1999 Oldsmobile for a fair price, I would hope a bar would come included in the trunk. If not I would slightly disappointed. 1

Vamped Posted May 21, 2019 Posted May 21, 2019 I remember my mom had one. She gave me one when I got my 97 chevy metro but I never used it because I figured nobody wanted to steal my car anyway. I used to leave my doors unlocked too

It's been said: The Club. I mainly see them now on 300,000 mile "disposable cars", probably because they are on their third (insert expensive drivetrain component here), and usually they're a standard.
