Swimmod_Luna Posted June 19, 2018 Posted June 19, 2018 I got a new job yay They said they have an orientation class starting on July 9. That was the day I told my current job I'd be back from my surgery. Would it be bad to put my notice in for my current job while I'm out on leave. Would be great to not have to go back there ever again <_< 3
RainyDayJizz#35 Posted June 19, 2018 Posted June 19, 2018 Planning on using them as a reference? Mail them a box of shit.
molarbear Posted June 19, 2018 Posted June 19, 2018 You gotta exit in style though My last job required someone to walk you out because rumor has it one of the forklift guys got fired and started flipping machines over My assistant manager was cool as hell so he let me play the Imperial March over the intercoms as he walked me out of the shop I want to say everyone got hyped but literally like 1 dude out of the 40-50 on my shift had ever seen Star Wars 1
bnmjy Posted June 19, 2018 Posted June 19, 2018 Cool. My one year anniversary of my current job is coming up. Time for me to start applying to other jobs. 1

Distortedreasoning Posted June 19, 2018 Posted June 19, 2018 just give your manager a call and tell them you gone. or just not say anything to them.
Naraku4656 Posted June 19, 2018 Posted June 19, 2018 if you want to use them as a reference i'd be careful

Idk man I just don't want to go back.

I mean I really don't give a shit about my direct supervisors. One I hardly ever see and the other one treats us like children. I just don't want to mess up my benefits or my getting paid.

Well regardless of how I leave I would never want to work with the one supervisor ever again. The other one I hardly even know anyway she's almost never there.
