I have moments where everything is an existential crisis. But then I get busy.

I wish getting busy would end my existential crises

hahahaha.... ha

Being busy doesn't mean you aren't an insignificant speck doomed to years of dread before consciousness ends

Like, starting on week two without a job has got me stressed the fuck out....but no point in wallowing in self pity right?

I have been unemployed twice in my life so far, the longest I was unemployed was for over a year.  There were some very dark times.  Don't give up.

Just keep pushing, apply everywhere.  The worst they can say is "no".  Cast a wide net.  Fast food and grocery stores could get you fast employment, consider looking into temp agencies, although I didn't have much luck with them personally.  But go to places in person when you apply and talk to the people there, I feel like that makes a big difference.

Places with high turnover are the most likely to give you something, but they're also the most likely to string you along and not give a shit.  And don't let a place fuck you around for weeks or months, either.  If they give you an interview, and it goes well, and you don't hear from them for like 2 months, and then they suddenly call but the terms have changed... it's not worth it.

don't try to rely on it, though.  It's a good resource, but even though it sounds like a fancy one, it's still just a resource.  It's not a guaranteed, so by all means go to one, go to several, honestly, but just stay a bit cynical and skeptical.

LIke if I'm not careful i'll slip into this state of demise like everything is about to just implode

staying positive is something that comes naturally to me..   i can not think when the last time something poop happened to me personally.. i do realize that trivial stuff is not something i could/would care about.. it is hard to think of an example..  <--- but i do not care about not being able too atm B|

If it makes tou feel any better; just remember that your life and the entirety of your perception of it is just an infinitely small portion of a massive chemical reaction that began billions of years ago, will continue for billions more, and is only now, momentarily, coming together to form yourself.

Time is not malleable; you can change the future no more than you can change the past. Rest assured that only the things that are to occur will happen.

There is solace in knowing that one day...nothing i've done will carry any weight
