NaBarney Posted June 2, 2017 Posted June 2, 2017 That's not LeBron's fault... He changed teams twice and never even considered going to play in the west so yeah, he's hiding in the shitty conference on purpose. Quote
Gammenon Posted June 4, 2017 Posted June 4, 2017 He changed teams twice and never even considered going to play in the west so yeah, he's hiding in the shitty conference on purpose. He went to Miami because 1. he, Wade, and Bosh are friends and 2. yes, teaming up with those all-star friends would increase his chances of winning a ring...unless you think all three of them should have went to Denver to play with Carmelo Anthony (?). Distortedreasoning Posted June 5, 2017 Posted June 5, 2017 He changed teams twice and never even considered going to play in the west so yeah, he's hiding in the shitty conference on purpose. after years of carrying that shitty cleaveland team all on his for all those years, and without any help, yeah no wonder he went to join his friends in miami. and when the time was right when he saw that cleaveland was going to be serious about winning a title then yeah he got them one. cant fault him for the east being shitty either. and these finals keep on sucking except if youre a golden state fan. congrats. StarPanda Posted June 5, 2017 Posted June 5, 2017 And it's 2-0 warriors KD and Steph did work again and Klay found his shot, however let's see kd do that on the road. Last year it was also 2-0 as well I'm still cautios Quote
Distortedreasoning Posted June 5, 2017 Posted June 5, 2017 im not going to make any effort to watch the games now. yeah cleaveland could make a comeback but i find it highly doubtful. also is it just me or are the warriors getting a lot of ref love? not that they need it but it is making things less enjoyable. Quote
Mix Posted June 5, 2017 Posted June 5, 2017 I think Nowitzki has a sweeter shot, but KD has the smoothest game of any big man...possibly ever Quote

Yeah the have been getting some calls go their way, but expect those calls to go clevelands way once they go home Quote
NaBarney Posted June 5, 2017 Posted June 5, 2017 Didn't see the game but LeBron took only 18 shots while Kyrie and Love took 23 each? That has to change, he's too efficient to be taking fewer shots than either of them. Quote
StarPanda Posted June 5, 2017 Posted June 5, 2017 The first halfs of the games have been good I expect the Cleveland games to be good all 4th quarters home crowd helps alot Quote
NaBarney Posted June 5, 2017 Posted June 5, 2017 Wow, LeBron only took six shots in the second half after taking twelve in the first. Caught only the third quarter of last night's replay and he looked tired as fuck, but still, gonna need some 40 point games to have any chance of winning. http://ftw.usatoday.com/2017/06/lebron-james-first-half-shot-chart-shows-his-dominant-approach-to-game-2 Quote
Mix Posted June 8, 2017 Posted June 8, 2017 Going into this fourth, I like to imagine distorted, in his house, screaming at his TV while his dog cowers in the corner and his wife waters down his whiskey Quote
StarPanda Posted June 8, 2017 Posted June 8, 2017 LeBron and Irving had like 40 pts each Love contributed with some key rebounds and intensity, the bench actually helped and so did smith they played a great game and they still lost :D Quote
StarPanda Posted June 8, 2017 Posted June 8, 2017 I actually thought cleveland was gonna win but dam son Durant just clutched it Quote
NaBarney Posted June 8, 2017 Posted June 8, 2017 All I saw was the box score after the first quarter and LeBron's desperation 3 get blocked in the last ten seconds of the game. Will watch the replay but LeBron had like 16 points in the 1st, so I'm assuming he went for 50 and it still wasn't enough. Quote
Mix Posted June 8, 2017 Posted June 8, 2017 I actually thought cleveland was gonna win but dam son Durant just clutched it I thought so too...things fell apart so.damn.quick Quote
Leon Posted June 8, 2017 Posted June 8, 2017 What's the number after 4? It's getting tough to remember after these playoffs. Quote
StarPanda Posted June 8, 2017 Posted June 8, 2017 I thought so too...things fell apart so.damn.quick It went from 0-100 real quick, i couldn't believe it, the crowd tho they were like d fuq just happened Quote

Distortedreasoning Posted June 8, 2017 Posted June 8, 2017 Going into this fourth, I like to imagine distorted, in his house, screaming at his TV while his dog cowers in the corner and his wife waters down his whiskey tbh i dont care about either team and just want to see a good game. things were looking really good for cleaveland and they had all the momentum going for them but when the warriors turn it on they are above everyone else. almost as if the cavs were jobbing for the warriors. at least there were some truly amazing plays by both lebron and kyrie, cant take that away from them. ps. fuck adam silver Quote

StarPanda Posted June 9, 2017 Posted June 9, 2017 he said theres nothing wrong with the league. meaning he intends to do nothing to fix it. Of course not they still get high ratings when ratings start to fall and people get tired of super teams that's when they will do something about it Quote
Master-Debater131 Posted June 9, 2017 Posted June 9, 2017 Of course not they still get high ratings when ratings start to fall and people get tired of super teams that's when they will do something about it This is part of why I cant really get into the NBA all that much Its always the same couple teams who just go out and buy the biggest names they can, then they win almost all their games and make deep playoff runs. theres no parity. Quote
Mix Posted June 10, 2017 Posted June 10, 2017 86 points in a half....I think they may want to win this one : Quote
StarPanda Posted June 10, 2017 Posted June 10, 2017 Wtf is going in this game Obviously Draymond got that first technical and the 2nd one the ref jumped the gun But dam so much bs from.one quarter refs don't know what to do anynore Quote
StarPanda Posted June 10, 2017 Posted June 10, 2017 Pretty sure we are going back to Oakland on Monday Quote

StarPanda Posted June 10, 2017 Posted June 10, 2017 that's called :poop: Dude it was a foul frenzy and then they had the never to review everything. Quote
Gammenon Posted June 10, 2017 Posted June 10, 2017 One of the worst officiated NBA games I've ever seen. Still, the Cavs deserved it - they finally put a competent game plan together instead of trying to outscore the Warriors. Quote

Mix Posted June 10, 2017 Posted June 10, 2017 Dude it was a foul frenzy and then they had the never to review everything. Jeff Van Gundy would agree....he kept making fun of the reviewing and it cracked me up..."how did the great refs of the past do it...did they check to see if they were right or did they just decide they were right" > Quote
Hidden Posted June 10, 2017 Author Posted June 10, 2017 i just want durant to swing at lebron. so i can see his brittle ass crumble LUL. Quote
NaBarney Posted June 11, 2017 Posted June 11, 2017 Hmm, while I see people complaining about the refs I didn't watch the game, and looking at the box score don't think the officiating made the difference, so gonna chalk this one up to the Cavs winning it legit. If my prediction holds, the Cavs will win the next game in dubious fashion that reeks of the league artificially extending the series via referee fuckery, and then the Warriors will close it out back in Cleveland. We'll see. Personally though, absolutely rooting for Golden State to blow a 3-1 lead again, how can you not. Quote
Mix Posted June 13, 2017 Posted June 13, 2017 David west just kissed Tristan Thompson.... That slow motion replay will get you every time Quote
StarPanda Posted June 13, 2017 Posted June 13, 2017 1st half we got fouls up and down also yeah some love 2nd half much better game Quote

Hidden Posted June 13, 2017 Author Posted June 13, 2017 i gotta say..the one time i decide to check twitter, there are actually funny things written there about durant, ha. what an underwhelming championship achievement. congrats, but, underwhelming. Quote
NaBarney Posted June 13, 2017 Posted June 13, 2017 That silly ass Nike commercial they played right after the game was so dumb. All of Durant's critics being silenced by... him winning a championship with the Warriors? As if it wasn't a foregone conclusion, as if there's nothing to criticize in him joining a 73-9 team and winning that way. Quote
Distortedreasoning Posted June 14, 2017 Posted June 14, 2017 would have been a much more meaningful win with okc. Quote
