molarbear Posted July 28, 2017 Posted July 28, 2017 I don't know what it was about mine but I had no problems I had no pain and was eating solid food that night My Brother on the other hand looked like a fucking chipmunk after he got his removed
Top Gun Posted July 28, 2017 Posted July 28, 2017 Bags of frozen peas on each cheek. Does wonders for swelling.
Guest Zintar Posted July 28, 2017 Posted July 28, 2017 I had all four of mine removed at once. Awake. Headphones on, a couple of pain killers. Went by real fast. Still have the teeth too! Don't wanna say drink and smoke, but ya can. tear any filters off smokes and puff lightly. drink away! Safely. lol. You'll be fine.
Rogue_Alphonse Posted July 28, 2017 Posted July 28, 2017 sucks i cant drink or smoke for a while but percs are nice too wish they gave me more than 15 though Better be able to drink tomorrow night.
DragonSinger Posted July 28, 2017 Posted July 28, 2017 All four out at once can end up sucking so much. Like Molar's brother, I ended up with chipmunk face. *Remembers my dad pointing at me and shouting, "Allllviiiiin!"
Phillies Posted July 28, 2017 Posted July 28, 2017 Percs lol. The percs lol play on words. 10mg percs?
Phillies Posted July 28, 2017 Posted July 28, 2017 I feel for you, bruv that shit sucks Yeah but the percs dont suck wink
katt_goddess Posted July 28, 2017 Posted July 28, 2017 Ugh, at least they are all gone so you won't have to go back for a round two on the other side. whut Frozen veggie bags for the cheeks as already suggested, careful hydration to keep things from drying out, and naps are always good.
Ginguy Posted July 28, 2017 Posted July 28, 2017 Sucks, but the roots on wisdom teeth are shallow, so you'll be fine. Ice to help swelling and whatever you do, don't smoke. Dry socket = TEH_SUCK so don't smoke. Good chance to quit smoking actually, so you might want to think about that.
Sawdamizer Posted July 28, 2017 Posted July 28, 2017 I got mine out in 2002... I'm stupid.... I did ecstasy that night and grinded my teeth the fuck out... so much blood.
lupin_bebop Posted July 29, 2017 Posted July 29, 2017 Definitely don’t drink citrus anything. I have experience with my best friend and his brother. Literal projectile vomiting.
Top Gun Posted July 29, 2017 Posted July 29, 2017 Weirdest part was when I went in for my follow-up several days later, and the hygenist uses this syringe to clean out the sockets, and all these disgusting pieces of the soft food I'd been eating come out. :barf:
Misaka Posted July 29, 2017 Posted July 29, 2017 Weirdest part was when I went in for my follow-up several days later, and the hygenist uses this syringe to clean out the sockets, and all these disgusting pieces of the soft food I'd been eating come out. :barf: Now they didn't do that for me Then again all I consumed was jello during my 2 week off Apparently I bled a lot during the removal
