Had it for 7 years When I was diagnosed with it I was 6'0 and weighed 205 The Doc tried to tell me it was just hereditary, but, no one in my family has high blood pressure unless they're old and morbidly obese I've taken all kinds of different meds, changed my diet, still high blood pressure I'll have heart disease/a stroke in my future and at this point it feels like it's out of my control, which is the worst feeling for a person that has anxiety issues
