I don't think they'd interact with us personally. I do believe Aliens are real but if you were a life form that was advanced enough to figure out speed of light travel or faster and you rolled up on a planet that was constantly having wars and targeting specific groups for no reason I imagine they'd just nope the fuck out of here and keep traveling.
