The thing to keep in mind with Endeavor's redemption is that this wasn't it. This mini arc is just day one of a long road to him trying to become a decent person. He didn't just flip a switch to instantly win the World's Best Dad award. His kids didn't want to watch him get murdered by a monster, but that doesn't necessarily mean they've forgiven him for his past.

Y'all are right. There probably were Japanese materials provided by the studio, but they were obviously sent over well before the episodes aired because there was no hiccup with getting the subtitled versions out at any point. Learning is fun!

I'd be more concerned about whichever mysterious employee you emailed just outright lied to you before, because the delay had nothing to do with "waiting for scripts from Japan" or whatever the fuck you were saying. They don't get scripts from Japan. They literally pay people to translate and subtitle the episodes in-house so that they can post them on the same day (the scheduled release time was within an hour of the show airing). At that point, the ADR team takes that translation and figures out how to get the lines to match the lip flaps without changing anything too much. They're not sitting there for weeks on end, waiting for Bones to fax over a detailed script of the entire episode so that they can get started.

It might just be as simple as the current contract doesn't allow for it, and they're not able to sit down and hammer out an updated contract for that right now. Not everything is a conspiracy theory against you.
