sure, except for what it's worth i'm not real into the idea of recommending posts that shit all over a user or users

Staff/volunteers can recommend posts and threads. When you recommend a thread it gets the little emblem next to it's name on the board page to signify that it's relevant. And apparently recommending a post highlights it in the thread. I think it ties into other features but I'd have to check.
