a couple months back we got a new smart tv, it was neat to have something that's new and up-to-date and not something just old enough or broken enough to be frustrating i got a new phone a couple weeks ago (see here for more details) but as of now I've kind of avoided learning anything new that it might do and assuming we don't forget, gonna order a new work laptop tomorrow after using my current one for maybe eight years, that will be a real treat

every time I remember that game exists I think "man if my gamecube were plugged in I'd totally replay that" I don't remember a whole lot about the game without thinking too hard, but I definitely remember the feeling and vibes of that game real hard

Welcome to our little hole on the internet! The long and short of it is that Luuv wanted to put together his own little community, and then near-simultaneously the remnants of the ASMB were shut down so UEMB kind of became the organic successor. Never really had the greatest outreach campaign beyond word-of-mouth, but we're here!

after i swapped the SIM card and tested that it works, I immediately 1am-fat-finger-dialed a rando from my office contacts

though in hindsight.......... i didn't have a screen protector on ye olde moto G7 and pretty sure it predates covid with nary a scratch so..... maybe I didn't need to waste the extra money in the first place?

ok i didn't think i could just do it but I went ahead and did it it took a hot minute to get it up and use the sticker and then put it back on so there are a few new little micro dust particles which is annoying but no where near as bad as one obvious cat hair front and center. the bottom corner I delicately pried is also not re-adhesing, again I guess livable but also annoying I am assuming "impure air upon installation because too cheap to spend $8 for the zoomer to do it for me at the store" isn't covered by the ZAGG LIFETIME WARRANTY, not sure at what point someone throws in the towel/takes the L and goes back for a screen protector do-over
