  1. what's goin on
  2. (I voted for boundless void even though you posted the result)
  3. What you need is a cat who gets hungry and/or feels forgotten at 4am. Then there will be balance once again.
  4. Update: cat decided to make as much noise between 4am and 6am as possible because he wanted to eat and could not sleep until I figured out that there was zero dry food left out. Feel like garbage.
  5. alarm+20 mins+pressure i don't really consider an alarm waking up naturally moreso than it is abruptly ruining a good time
  6. the only thing that would wake me up or force me up (other than finishing sleeping) is the pressure of being late for an obligation aka getting up for work every morning
  7. I can't take short naps. If I'm falling asleep, I'm staying asleep. Unless it's night time and I can't actually sleep.
  8. MUXIS
  9. Atenamasutāshefu GO! It's time for the annual cookout challenge, where the pantheons each send their best and brightest to compete for the fabled Kōtakunoaru Hera! Hailing from Mount Olympus, young Athena takes her first shot at proving she is the greatest chef among the gods. However, after a sudden turn of events, Athena finds herself transported into the digital Intānetto Realm. Armed with only her grandmother's heirloom spatula and salad tongs, she and her companion Gōdon must find their way home - chef style!

  11. THIS THREAD HAS BEEN MOVED TO MUXIS
  12. Of course. I'd vaccinate them if they were just indoors too.
  13. We had a cat that developed cancer (I think it was called an "injection site sarcoma") and it was a whole ordeal. It's rare (and not directly linked to a specific vaccine or shot), but I think vets are more cognizant now about giving shots in places where cancer can be treated easily. Rather than around the poor thing's armpit, where it can weave its tentacles into everything.

  15. who?
  16. generally, if you're "starting out" you aren't already wealthy. that's basically the whole concept of "starting out". and yes, if you sell the property for a lump sum, you can pay off a bunch of debts at once - but then you no longer have the income-producing property and the one-shot windfall is likely less than the value it would produce over the rest of his lifetime. that's the difference between immediate and delayed gratification. I'm not addressing the rest of your post because it's stupid.
  17. It looks neat, I'm just not super jazzed because I literally started replaying it (3DS) last summer on a cross-country flight so the desire to reminisce isn't there.
  18. don't project on me, I shower every morning
  19. Must be because I had just mowed the lawn. But now the lawn is cut and I am clean!
  20. Fuggs, owning and loving in a duplex is like the first step towards becoming a self-sufficient landlord. When I was born, my family lived in a duplex - that my father built. You live in one unit and the rent income from the other unit covers the mortgage for you. A couple years later we moved - to another duplex my father built. Same deal - rent income at the new house paid the mortgage, but now there were three rent streams snowballing instead of the one. I was probably eight or nine before I actually lived in the single-family house I grew up in.
  21. oh wait, I guess that was this thread
  22. If there really isn't any new content, full price seems kinda steep for anyone who has played the game more recently than fifteen years ago.
