Why is Arthur vilified for punching DW in that one episode?

Koha Ace’s Sakura Saber is my choice for best girl followed by Medusa. -
Gary Oldman knows recipes by heart for foods he’s never eaten, cooked, or heard of.

Parasite: 8.5/10 The story did a great job at creating tension and approaching class from an abstract perpective, but the old housekeeper and her husband were odd characters to wedge in between the working class and wealthy families. Their integration into the rich family feels far more outlandish than anything the poor family could’ve cooked up. The climax could’ve built up tension without needing to wedge the couple in as the catalyst for the events of the final scenes. I’d say it still earned the awards it got, but Snowpiercer left a stronger impression on me.

We might have lost an earlier release for Evangelion 4, Re;Zero 2, and Butt Detective, but at least the live action remake of Eizouken with supermodels was delayed.

Either read the Fate/Stay Night visual novel or watch the prequel Fate/Zero. The former is the very beginning of the series and the closest they’ve gotten to a good adaptation is with the newer Unlimited Blade Works anime that adapts the second route of Stay Night. Not too ideal, but the first route of Stay Night isn’t exactly Shakespeare so you might even be able to start with the Deen one if reading the LPArchive screenshots doesn’t feel right. Or better yet, read the first arc on LPArchive and then watch ufotable’s UBW and Heavens Feel adaptations. People get pissy about starting with Zero because it explains plot twists in Stay Night, but it was the gateway anime for a large portion of fans, and arguably has a better cohesive story. The choice between Zero and Stay Night all hinges on if you want to watch a story about angsty adults or horny teens. The rest of the Fates are weird spinoffs and you can watch any of those at any time as long as you know about the whole “summon seven varieties of warriors from across history/fiction and command them to fight to the death in a war for the holy grail” premise. Only Hollow Ataraxia and El Melloi Case Files tie directly into any of the mainline Fates, so if you only wanted to see Astolfo or Kuro, you can jump into their respective spinoffs without too much supplementary material. -
Got up to Chapter 4 of the FFVII Remake and I really like this weird song they added with Jessie & Cloud: It has that indie pop kinda sound that reminds me of a fond memory within the past decade.

First they rig the Death Battle so that their Tifa-ripoff character beats her and now they slut-shame her tanktop when she owns a bar and runs a water filter business.

Roland Emmerich. It might be cathartic once quarantine is done to see a version of COVID-19 that causes global landmarks to explode or creates apocalyptic riots over Walmart losing toilet paper in mid-March. Instead of being mad that Roland never understood the effects of the coronavirus or turned the quarantine into Independence Day 19, audiences would feel relieved and be like “Hey, we survived THAT!”.

This was really depressing news. He was an absolute powerhouse between the early 90’s and now. He was a dude that could be convincing in roles as both the sweetest role model and the most heinous sociopath. The only guy from his time I could say comes close to this is probably Takehito Koyasu. Was hoping that it wasn’t COVID but cancer’s even worse. 55 is far too young to go out too. It’s just all around horrible.

The fishing anime I’ve gotten attached to has been delayed: https://www.animenewsnetwork.com/news/2020-04-14/diary-of-our-days-at-the-breakwater-anime-delayed-due-to-covid-19-coronavirus-pandemic/.158596

If I must, I’d dip fries into the ketchup separately, but I prefer to eat fries on their own with some salt. If they need something to go with them, I’d usually grab BBQ sauce or something different like Mambo sauce, Okonomiyaki sauce, Sweet & Sour, or Honey Mustard.

Quarantine bing watching suggestions

Terrace House is live action. It’s not theatrical like Western reality TV and it’s calmer nature makes it a nice show to watch when you want to unwind and watch 20-somethings try to get started with their careers with the help of their roommates. There are definitely shit-starters that move in at some point in each of the different seasons, but for the most part, they don’t overshadow their other roommates not do they get melodramatic for attention like with our reality TV. It’s kinda like the reality TV equivalent of chicken soup or a cup of tea. -

Terrace House is pretty entertaining. It’s kinda like a Japanese version of The Real World, except the atmosphere is relatively peaceful and focused on the roommates working to improve themselves. It makes it all the more fun when there’s a new roommate who wants to start shit or has no ambition. Derry Girls is an interesting comedy about foul Catholic schoolgirls in mid-90’s Ireland. Has some great dark humor with the consequences that start to pile up as their actions become more and more egregious. Spaced is always one I’d recommend as the first major collaboration between Edgar Wright, Simon Pegg, and Nick Frost. Revolves around a flat inhabited by strange folks, including our main characters who are strangers pretending to be a couple to get cheap housing. Not sure if this is streaming anywhere, but Eizouken is a great anime that just came out about three girls trying to get into creating their own animation. Asobi Asobase is another recent anime I can’t recommend enough. It’s got humor similar to IASIP, but with three girls trying to entertain themselves at the expense of both themselves and others while passing off their activities as part of an extracurricular club about pastimes. -
Once a day still. I feel horrible if I skip a shower, and still like to keep up appearances and take care of myself while I’m staying in.

I’m in the Deep South, but by Deep South, I mean Antarctica. That means Whataburger is way farther up north. The closest thing down here to a southern staple is Zaxbys but that’s an hour away.
