It seems like one of those trends that other places have mimicked enough that it lost its luster like the Blaze pizza bar idea. The Habit is pretty good, but other than that, there aren’t too many burger places I’d seek out. Five Guys’ main appeal is getting a paper bag full of fries, but the foods merely ok.

The Noein outtakes are amazing. I haven’t watched an episode of the show, but I periodically go through all the bloopers on occasion. Same with the Ouran Host Club and Berserk ones.

Out of habit, but I do feel like it’s comforting to watch something that I know will only last a season or two. The medium is also stylish enough that it makes for some cool or cute shows that don’t translate as well in live action. American cartoons are also either too overly childish or overcompensate with dick jokes. Anime reaches a nice in-between where you can still find both, but also find ones that take the viewer seriously or at least don’t act like you must be either a toddler or an insecure older guy to enjoy it. There are too many teen shows in anime, but every season has a good balance, so it’s not like that’s the only thing available. And then there’s the matter of what I would want to watch. Save for a handful of shows, regular TV doesn’t really pull me in, and is either the same procedural cop-counterterrorism-doctor show or comedies that are just funny commercials without a product. I still watch Ash vs the Evil Dead and some FX shows, but I’d rather keep cute 2D girls eating cake on in the background than a Chuck Lorre or Dick Wolf production. Also, I’m in too deep

I don't think I've gotten angry on gin. It seems to be a thing where gin drunk people are irate drunks, but I feel like my mood sours more on regular vodka.

If it turns out that the main cast is just another squad that Zero Two gets wiped out, and we restart the second half with a different cast and Zero Two, that'd be fine with me. Goro and Zorome are decent, but Hiro and Ichigo have been bogging down the show so much, and it doesn't help that the adults are crap too. We've also had quite a few fluff episodes that the show hasn't earned, not with the little to no development the non-Hiro/Ichigo/Zero Two members have gotten. If there is a redeeming thing about the show aside from Zero Two, it's that it's been pretty entertaining. Not good, but it's kept my attention longer than shows that have just merely sucked.

No, because those same “exciting” anime’s involved a lot of death, destruction, and chaos. The best anime’s to imitate are the ones rooted in slice of life reality.
