Scavenger’s Reign getting its face beaten into permanent cancelation by a show that seems more and more likely to get more seasons from Netflix in a few years is bad enough. The kids show not only having to go against a show targeting the same audience, but one on network television is going to be a massacre.

Should be interesting to see where Uzumaki picks up the majority of its viewership given the positive reception. So the rest of the year is going to be mostly in-house stuff I bet. Rooster Fighter is either late this year, or early next year. December we likely get Invisible Ratings Girl, which is good, because it gets to debut the same time as this.

Downfall - 9.5/10 - Gee, why would I want to watch a movie about a douchebag of a dictator and his ardent supporters facing their inevitable, well-deserved demise? It's still one of the most powerful character studies of a deluded madman and his hardcore followers ever put to film. The five stages of grief as dealt with by multiple people, and their ultimate choice on what to do when they reach acceptance. It is a heavy, heavy film, but there is a strange comfort in seeing the delusions of this madman collapse.

Transformers One - 8.5/10. A good, nay, a great Transformers movie after years of subpar Baysplosion fests. The characters work, the animation is beautiful which is especially notable after years of godawful CG shows that were anything but, and the action is great without hurting your eyes.

Yeah, Invincible Fight Girl (AKA Invisible Ratings Girl) will be leading the block off in November, where it will likely proceed to tank, mostly because I don't think that Daima will be ready by then. Daima's performance will be make-or-break, especially considering it seems to be relying more on original DB style comedy (where Toriyama always felt more comfortable anyway).
