More of the Adult Swim library has been removed from Max, namely the very contentious Tom Goes to the Mayor.

Yeah, “____ Brotherhood” has become a joke name referring to hypothetically more accurate adaptations. I remember when Game of Thrones beefed its finale everyone began joking about a Game of Thrones Brotherhood coming out in the 2040s.

Hajime no Ippo Champion Road and Kimura vs Mashiba. That’s the end of Ippo’s initial run as an anime. New Challenger isn’t available anywhere official last I checked and neither is Rising. Looking at you Discotek. Then of course there’s the damn near 900 chapters of manga that haven’t been animated.

The comic has been selling pretty well with Issue #3 out today. After Brak in the first issue, the next two focused on characters not seen in Space Ghost Coast 2 Coast that much, a space monster in Issue 2 and Black Widow (not that one) in Issue 3. Next month is going to be interesting though, since the preview is for the rebooted Zorak.

DeMarco being a producer and no dub lends credence to the idea that the show will be on Adult Swim with a next day Max airing. Not to mention given Toonami's anemic lineup, it's the biggest possible get they have.
