Doom Metal Alchemist

Just a few minutes ago I started to feel really tired. I'm going to finish listening to this album, eat dinner, then probably go to bed after that.

I've never seen any of the Harry Potter movies either. I've seen the first 7 Star Wars movies, but nothing after.

Reading this I'm imaging that episode of King of the Hill where Luanne first moves out of the Hill's home with some roommates, and one of them keeps calling her a "house nazi" and goosestepping mockingly.

Like I said above, Mondays are one of my days off too.... But I did the opposite of you, because I work nights. After my shift last night, I just never went to bed. Been up for about 24 hours almost exactly.

And it'll be a BBQ joint again in a few days....

Today was a good day. I have a weird work schedule, so Monday is basically my Saturday. I went to Guitar Center and picked up my "new" (used) 1996 Gibson Les Paul Studio. There was a bit of a mix-up about the case... The listing on their webpage said it would come with a case. It arrived without one. The customer service associate went through what he called "a rabbit hole" to find the right location that the guitar originated from to inquire about it. Apparently when the person first sold it to them, the customer kept the case. So people have been ordering that guitar and returning it a lot because it had no case. I guess the customer service associates in those locations kinda told those customers "too bad, so sad" and accepted the returns, but the guy I talked to gave me a $75 credit towards a new case since the page said it would come with one. And the one he had in stock was on sale 25% off. So basically I got a $120 case for like $17. You may be thinking, "but doom, you thought the case was factored in to the cost already. You had to pay MORE than what you thought you had to for what you were promised!" Well, sort of. The page didn't say what KIND of case was included. I assumed it would be a soft-shell case, which are far cheaper and far less protective than hard-shell cases. Nope, I got a hard shell case for $17. After that I went to Rasputin music, and got a couple CDs, one of which I had my eye on for a while. Then I went to my friend's and he paid me back some money he owed me. I go to the bank to deposit it because I don't want to carry around hundreds of dollars on my person, but uh-oh, it's a holiday, the bank's closed (only thing that went wrong today). Then I realized Stone Cold Creamy is literally right next to the bank, and I have had a $15 gift card for a while that I won at work. So I use some of it to buy a tub of "Birthday Cake Remix" ice cream. Pretty good. And that's my day so far.

I haven't seen any of that either. Add The Walking Dead.
