Tets went, he came back, he was damaged and thought that all he was good for was killing people. The last thing I had heard was that he had started to get cleaned up and was finally looking forward to things but then he suicided instead. He used to show up on TinyChat.

Viewer Bumps all the way. There was just something so fun about seeing something that someone you might remember interacting with that week getting up on the screen and having something they said either answered or mocked. Even if you didn't know them specifically, they were still a board member. Every Viewer Bump Night was a small celebration of community.

Trump 'keeps' his numbers mainly because his bad behavior is seen as permission for all bad behavior in his followers. And he's going to keep screaming about how he is such a victim of all the horrible not-hims in the world [ and therefore all his followers are also allowed to claim that victimhood ] as long as there's a single dollar left to be grifted. And the problem with the 'move' to something like Twitter for all this political action is that Twitter is actively boosting only republican talking points. I don't follow any politicians but I'll have every shitty thing posted by the GOP big mouths right there in my feed while nothing pops up from the Dem side other than maybe a single occasional post from Biden from the official Presidential account about once a week. So any claims that this will totally even the playing field is a lie because the tv, for the most part, doesn't follow people around but something like Twitter is checked by some constantly and all they are going to get is artificially boosted GOP bullshit filled with only approving bot-replies within easy scrolling and all with Melon Husk's thumbs up.

Except NATO didn't start this except by merely existing. Ukraine floated the idea of joining NATO purely because they feared Russia was planning something and wanted to have a guarantee of help IF that happened. Meanwhile, Russia loaded up its troops at the border claiming they were totally just doing normal exercises, nothing to see here. Then, Russia invaded and started bombing the crap out of all those very bad military sites...oh wait, they bombed schools, hospitals, and shelters that specifically posted large signs that could be read from the skies that there were children present. They filled graves with civilians when they didn't just leave them to rot in the streets as they went through. Russia's claim that they didn't want NATO at their border doesn't wash since they've also since claimed that Ukraine - an independent country - was actually part of Russia all along. If they had left alone, had not lined up on the border in the first place, and had said pointblank they had zero interest in the country of Ukraine and behaved as such, there would have been very little consideration of that country joining a protective group. And now, because of their own actions, Russia lost their arbitrary NATO-free border to the north because Finland joined NATO. Summary: if Russia wanted to have a NATO-free border, they wouldn't have threatened and then invaded a neutral country that buffered the two.

It should never have been attempted at all. It's important to know exactly who is the director and who is the writer in things. My favorite pair of Canadian geese once again mocked the landscapers and built their nest in the most ridiculous [ but secure enough ] spot. Yesterday she was doing pop-up dancing so things were moving fast. This morning he was out in the yard announcing hatchlings to the world. On the way home from work, they were gone so I biked up to the nest just to make sure everything was okay. One egg was left with a tiny starter hole and a feather sticking out. I really thought I felt something move but when I had finally peeled away enough shell to get to the hatchling and get him out into the air there was nothing. So close to being hatched with the others.
