Been playing YGOPro recently. I really do like the game, but hate modern day ygo where every single thing you do gets cancelled out immediately, and every turn people summon out like 15 different monsters.

I really hope the studio played things a little loosely with the source material. Like, I'm glad that they're bringing back the series despite how there's so fucking much that I hate about it. The final arc in the manga was absolutely atrocious. There were parts that were good, but Kubo's pacing was worse than in any previous arc, and there were so many loose ends by the end of the series. With so many things he set up, only to be ignored completely. There were many things he's teased to happen, only for them to be straight up forgotten about, or to be lackluster when it finally happens.

Depending on what you use your laptop for, you could probably just buy a relatively cheap used one off ebay. There's a lot of pretty good ones you'll find from time to time in the $200-250 price range. Many times with those kinds of pcs it's a case where it's a business that's trying to get rid of old hardware, so they're typically in good condition. I only really use my desktop pcs, with my phone handling any needs of mine when I'm away from home. The laptop I do have is second hand that I got from a friend of mine for free, it being made in 2015 or possibly 2016. I completely refurbished it when I got it from him, with the keyboard being gunked up full of crud, with a lot of the keys not responsive. The screen was also in horrible shape and couldn't be cleaned. Whatever he used in the past to clean definitely wasn't intended to be used on displays. The whole thing itself had some caked in dirt, but I set out to completely refurbish it. It's easy to find replacement hardware online, and managed to get a new keyboard, monitor, as well as a replacement battery for less than $100, and I cleaned the hell out of the thing, getting rid of all the caked in dirt. As far as upgrades go, the only thing I changed there was replacing the shitty hdd with an SSD that I already had, I then installed Linux Mint Cinnamon onto it, which is more light weight and efficient compared to a typical windows install, also it's free. If you ever buy a secondhand laptop, replacing the hdd with an ssd is always the first thing you should do. After all those improvements this one of mine runs great and like brand new.

Because that's the way he told the story. It was one of those things where it sucked in the moment, but he found it funny to talk about later on. I swear some folks here need to relax.

Back in 2013 I worked with this one black guy that was a few years older than me, he told me a story about how he was trying to fly somewhere (don't remember where) and he had a pair of nunchuks in his carry on bag, them having an iron chain, and how they detained him over it, accusing him of planning on using them to hijack the plane. He got out of that and didn't go to jail over it I don't think, but was pretty amusing story.

Legit forgot about Cyber Monday. Not that I'm in the market for any pc stuff at this time. Current pc has an Ryzen 7 5800x, Gigabyte 3080, and 32gb ram. I legit had to buy a prebuilt pc just to get the GPU. I only used that and the SSD from it for my main pc. Reused the cpu, mobo, and ram from the prebuilt to upgrade my living room pc so it wasn't a complete waste of money. Last thing I wanted to do was give in to some piece of shit scalper. At least this way I'm getting my moneys worth and supported a legitimate business.

Move to the Midwest. Avoid big cities though like St. Louis or Chicago. Much cheaper than living in many Northeastern states, or out along the west coast.

I miss EB Games. It definitely was better than Gamestop. I remember one time with Gamestop I went back cause a game I bought from them wasn't working, and the guy went into the back room to grab a replacement, and he legit just repackaged the same game/disc and gave it back to me.
