It has been badly written since season 5, but I've been describing it as its own fanfiction since the "show Ceresi a zombie" story arc.

Also want to take a moment to acknowledge the deus ex Arya, who somehow got that close to the Night King without any of the White Walkers who were just looking on stopping her or doing much of anything. She just sort of leaps at him from absolutely nowhere. The easiest thing in the world would have been for her to use her many-faced power as a narrative explanation, but the writers are so bad they can't even remember what abilities the characters have been given.

Yea and it was a dumb throwaway scene which provided no insight other than they were the blank slate creations of another shoehorned character(s) who also received no screentime substance. It's bad and lazy writing no matter how much you want to make the fangirl squeeeeeees.

I've never watched the Harry Potter movies so I thankfully never had to contemplate such minutiae.

Eat a lot of Asian food. Actual Asian food, not like Chinese buffet sugar donut shit. Grilled hibachi is a great go to for a healthy and filling meal. Filled with eggs, lean meats, cooked vegetables, and clumpy rice, all things that make you feel full for lower than average calories. Plus lots of spices which are good appetite suppressants.
