So apparently Twitch banned an account that was streaming a gas stove burning with a caption reading 1.44 euro/mo. The account was presumed to be a troll aimed at Europe which is suffering a massive hike in energy prices as well as shortages and government encouraged "austerity". The shortages are triggering recessionary signs in several countries, with Germany reporting a 45.8% spike in production prices in one month. Don't rely on Russia for energy.

Scores are updated and picks are up. Losing to Jacksonville. Losing to the two worst teams in the weakest division.... The entire city of Indianapolis right now. Feels that bad... -

I think Gundam is on the radar for 2023. IBO did reasonably well as I recall (Owl feel free to check me on that) and it is kind of a legacy Toonami franchise. Bleach, if acquired, would certainly run into Q1 of 2023, if not Q2. You'd have AoT and Dr. Stone likely on deck as well. We also need to remember that Uzumaki is still out in the ether. We can also expect a new season of Yashahime at some point, perhaps late Q3 or Q4 in 2023 (provided it gets made). Honestly I think Toonami has managed to weather the turbulence fairly well, likely due to being cost-effective.

Elon Musk now owns Twitter, apparently trying to run it into the ground

Actually that would be the part of contract law where fraud on the part of one (or both) parties voids the contract, regardless of waiving due diligence. -

So, when Twitter is revealed to have lied about the number of bots, Elon will get to either; buy at a much lower price reflective of the true number of bots, or walk away entirely scot-free and leave Twitter to the tender mercy of advertisers who were grossly overcharged and are likely to be very litigious. -

The first week is always janky because the known starters aren't really playing in pre-season. Also, wtf Colts, you couldn't beat Houston? Feels bad man -

Upon further review the ruling on the field is confirmed; butt fumble. -
You can use it for hydrogen storage cells for vehicles that run on hydrogen. They produce O2 and water as a byproduct. That's the kind of tech we need to invest in.

Sure would be nice if there was a country that could easily produce and ship LNG to the EU to help ease these energy issues.
-
Sure, why not.

The first portion of the White House's plan to offer student debt relief, with additional information forthcoming. https://www.whitehouse.gov/briefing-room/statements-releases/2022/08/24/fact-sheet-president-biden-announces-student-loan-relief-for-borrowers-who-need-it-most/ Should there be some kind of forgiveness? What about the cost at a time of high inflation? What about those who paid off their own student loans? What about people who take out SBA/private loans to start businesses or expand existing ones?

So, Russia has stopped all Nordstream 1 gas shipments to Europe until sanctions are lifted. Fortunately China is willing to sell Europe their excess.

So, former Vice-President Biden is already walking back his speech. Not even 24 hours before he realized that calling half the country "semi-fascists" is a bad move. Too bad Dems, you're stuck with it, and the inflation, high food prices, high gas prices, foreign policy disasters, high unemployment, labor shortages (it takes a real galaxy brain to have both), impending housing crisis, rampant crime, rampant human and drug trafficking, school grooming that were already weighing on your party.
