>:D I totally guessed at 4%.

You could leave, you would just lose the balance on your mortgage from your sale, so it might be better to wait.

OH!! I always just assumed I'm one of the younger people on the boards because I technically started posting in the asmb because I was actually allowed to.

I'm turning 25 next Monday

I'm going to wait! I'm going to do some renovating here and there, get some sweat equity! (if that's even worth anything anymore)

and then eventually rent this bitch out!

Might want to look into a property management company, that way they can handle all the logistics regarding rental units and you can collect a check. You won't get as much,  but you won't have to worry about the property either.

apparently more than anyone in this thread, counting sell-able possessions and total funds including debts owed to me, about 3-4000 dollars.

That's just the stuff I know about, I likely have several thousand dollars in bonds, gifted to me by relatives since I was born until about 10 years ago. my 30 year bonds start maturing in 2 years so... I'll soon find out just how much cash I actually have.

Certainly I deserve it, I live like a damned monk, right down to the producing my own booze part of monk life.
