Remember when your dumb ass disputed the existence of the Water cycle?

Here's what I actually said.

Water cycle: Water evavorates, goes to clouds, condenses and comes back down as rain or snow.  Repeat, cycle complete.  Some of that water sinks into the aquifers and that's where we get most of our well water.

I thought this was the story of the pork chop that escaped the confines of a tar encrusted toaster oven to reap a terrible vengeance upon the fool who put it there....

That was a 1950's B movie.

Yeah... I know.

It's been over 200 years since then.  But, if anything has ever happened before, be prepared for it to repeat.

You are aware that every single religion has a story of a great flood wiping out life on earth, right?

How big was everybody's "world" at the time those stories were authored?

Well these stories exist in cultures all over the world. So, the world. There are neolithic settlements currently underwater, you know.

Nope.  They all called it global.

It may have seemed global to people who didn't see beyond their villages.

Oh thank god, I thought you were going to imply it was flat.

I do know a few flat Earthers.  They should sit on a cable satellite and look at Earth from there.

A volcano erupted 200 years ago and caused a whole summer to be cold and snowy.  It could easily happen again.

And?

"This thing happened once, so it might happen again" is not a pattern.

Aaaaannnnd...

It happens with other things, too.

That's why I don't rent ground floor or basement apartments on a barrier island.  Flooded once?  It will be flooded again, many times over.

It's closer than you think.

There have been six eruptions since January.  In less than a week, New Jersey dropped from 90 degrees to 40 degrees (Fahrenheit).

I'm saying that there are cycles of things like this.

I don’t see a pattern because a volcano erupted and ash blocked the sun makin it colder. Again what’s the pattern. Where is it?

The pattern happens when it's repeated over a few millennia.

Don't count on it to stop.

Your wiki article references one eruption. You’re not showing a pattern
