Would nom...tangy, salty, spicy, crunchy....sounds like a win on paper but does it hold up in reality...I will be tuned in so my readers get the scoop first.

it's okay.

not sure what i was expecting, but it's actually spicy.

usually when they say spicy, they just mean flavorful.

dill+spicy is... odd.

i may need a second bag to determine my opinion.

I'll Tweet it....But the community isn't going to be thrilled with this.

Spicy dill pickles are a thing, though.

You want spicy? Get the 'Flamin' Hot Limon' Doritos. Those are spicy. And stain your fingers red.

More like a Polish dill as opposed to a kosher dill?

I always just envisioned Jalapenos as spicy dill pickles

They taste like Pickles to me except they destroy my stomach

Jalapeños are typically pickled, but not with dill.  Depending on the quality of cucumber pickle you get, the vinegar could overpower the flavor and they might be close.  But, that would have to be an epically shitty pickle for that to happen.

i did grow up broke in the south.

never heard of 'um.

Were you ever interested in food under a dollar at gas stations?

Edited to add: I was gonna say probably in minority neighborhoods but after looking through twitter, there are a decent amount of white people who grew up enjoying them too. *shrug*

That sounds like Russian Roulette.

Gas station snacks were all I could afford. Fast food was like 3 dollars plus, and I could only get the neighborhood kids to do a pop-up car wash like once a year. I could only steal money from my brother so many times before he noticed too.

This isn't about those tiny boxes of Chewy Lemonheads you can get for a quarter, is it?

Tch. Chewy? *SMH* No, youth, there were only hard ones back then. Growing up, there was like no point to candy unless it was trying to take out all your baby teeth. But yeah like anything under a dollar that wasn't eggs.
