Movie scenes that traumatizeed you as a kid

IT. When the photo of his dead brother winks at him then bleeds I had a conniption and didn't even change the channel. I turned the tv off asap. So that's as far as I got until I got older. It's weird. The clown in the sewer scene I got thru okay, but why was the photo what made me nope out?

Also Hellraiser II. Where the lady's skin comes off when she's hanging off the edge. I was flipping thru channels and tuned in right at that part. Then when I saw the cenobites I had to change channel

And oddly enough it really disturbed me in Return of the Jedi when Jabba the Hut ate that little salamander thing and it squeaked in terror.

This one scene from Happily Ever After (a knock-off animated Snow White sequel) where Malcolm McDowell's villain character starts to seize up with a dead stare and a crooked smile before transforming into a dragon. There might be a couple others, but that one sticks out as the most traumatizing because the animation looked like shitty cartoon character art on daycare center walls that came to life.

I don't know if there are any. My mom did a good job sheltering me from scary movies / scenes when I was a kid.

EDIT: Thought of something. For whatever reason, Pinnochio freaked me the fuck out as a kid. The scene where he and the other kid turn into donkeys, the scene where he's like a circus ringmaster's slave, and oddly enough... the scene with all those tons of fucking clocks going off all at once.

I watched The Blair Witch Project as a kid, and that ending scene with her finding that guy standing in the corner scared the crap out of me. Still creeps me out...

I remember that movie! We had it on VHS and watched it all the time as kiddos

This isn’t a scene, but I have to add that the poster for Bulworth was frightening as a kid going to the movies. One theater I frequented had this jumbo poster prominently as you walked to your movie or waited outside the bathroom:

Bride of Chucky’s poster and the holographic Jack Frost horror VHS/DVD cover sucked too, but this Bulworth poster scared the crap me for that entire year.

Not really a scene, but I HAAAAATE E.T. I was so afraid of that thing. I still dont like it. I used to think it was in my closet. To this day I cannot sleep with an open closet.

I've not watched the movie since I was a kid because it terrified me.  High five, fear buddy!

The scene from Pet Semetary where that cute little zombie baby slices the old man’s Achilles‘ tendon. That one got me, too. My cousin made me and my sister watch that movie one time when we were all spending the night at my grandma’s. After that, I would literally make a flying leap onto my bed so I wouldn’t have to walk too close and risk an undead baby arm getting me
